Steps to Retrieve Logs for Troubleshooting

  1. Navigate to the AWS Management Console.
  2. In the search bar, type EMR and select the EMR service.
  3. Click on EMR Serverless, then select Manage applications.
  4. Select the Application name for which you need logs.
  5. Under the Properties tab, navigate to Application logs and metrics.
  6. Click the arrow icon next to Amazon S3 storage location to be redirected to the Amazon S3 bucket storing the logs.
  7. In the S3 bucket, navigate through the following path to access the logs: applications > Application ID > jobs.
