Support for Running a Bootstrap Script in Spark Plugin OLAC to Retrieve JWT Token

This release introduces support for executing a custom shell script during the initialization of the Privacera Spark Plugin. This enhancement allows users to run a configurable bootstrap command to retrieve a JWT token at the start of a Spark job.
