Improved Handling of Rate-Limiting Errors

The system now handles API rate limits more effectively across all integrated APIs by entering a controlled sleep mode upon exceeding the API call limit, adhering to specified or default wait times. This enhancement ensures compliance with rate limits, minimizes disruptions, and improves overall system reliability by preventing unnecessary failures. With automatic management of sleep times based on API rate limit responses, the system provides a more stable and predictable user experience without requiring additional configuration for most users.
