Approve Access Requests

When users submit an access request, the system notifies approvers. Use My Approvals to process the requests.

  1. Lick Access Management > My Approvals.

  2. On the Grant Access page, click Ticket ID.

  3. On the Access Approval page, review the request.

  4. (Optional) For requests based on resources, select specific resources and roles.

  1. Click Approve or Deny.

The system sends a notification to the user and logs an audit entry. For approved requests, the system creates policies to reflect the user's new access entitlements. You can check the status of a request in the audit log (Access Management > Audit > Admin).
