SSO Troubleshooting

This guide assists in resolving common issues during SSO login, with a focus on user creation conflicts.

Error Message Description Resolution
"A user with email address already exists." This error occurs during SSO login when a user with the same email address already exists in the system. The administrator must delete the existing user from Settings → User Management.
"Your Access Management setup could not be completed because this email is already in use." This error occurs when setting up Access Management permissions for a user whose email conflicts with an existing account. The administrator must delete the user from Access Management → Users list.

Resolution Order

When resolving these conflicts, always:

  1. Remove the user from Settings → User Management first

  2. Then remove from Access Management → Users list

  3. Ask the user to attempt SSO login again
