SSO Troubleshooting¶
This guide assists in resolving common issues during SSO login, with a focus on user creation conflicts.
Error Message | Description | Resolution |
---|---|---|
"A user with email address already exists." | This error occurs during SSO login when a user with the same email address already exists in the system. | The administrator must delete the existing user from Settings → User Management. |
"Your Access Management setup could not be completed because this email is already in use." | This error occurs when setting up Access Management permissions for a user whose email conflicts with an existing account. | The administrator must delete the user from Access Management → Users list. |
Resolution Order
When resolving these conflicts, always:

Remove the user from Settings → User Management first

Then remove from Access Management → Users list

Ask the user to attempt SSO login again
