Sync Diagnostics to PrivaceraCloud

A Runtime plane sends its connector error logs and test results to PrivaceraCloud, so that Privacera Support can use them when you raise an issue.

This setting is enabled by default and is configured separately for each Runtime plane.

Keep this enabled

Leaving the sync on gives Privacera Support error logs and connector test results to work from as soon as you raise an issue, which helps with faster support and debugging.

What is sent

Only two things are sent:

  • Connector error logs
  • Connector test results

Steps to enable or disable the sync

To turn the sync on or off for a Runtime plane, perform the following steps:

  1. In the Privacera Portal, go to System application and open Diagnostics Server.

  2. Go to the Monitoring section.

  3. Set Sync Diagnostics to PCloud:

    • Enable it to send diagnostics to PrivaceraCloud.
    • Disable it to stop sending them.

The change takes effect without restarting the plane.
