Job requests and asynchronous processing

For best performance, Governed Data Stewardship processes the following actions as asynchronous jobs. This ensures that the user interface is responsive while the work is completed in the background:

Add resources to data domain, datasets, or projects.
Add owners to data domain.
Add or remove data steward or project leaders.
Remove users, groups, or roles from domains, datasets or projects.
Remove users, groups, or roles from domains, datasets or projects.
Share datasets or projects with users, groups, or roles.
Remove resources from data domains, datasets, or projects.
Approve access requests.

Status of job requests

To see the status of job requests, go to Datasets > Job Requests.

Any PrivaceraCloud user can see the job requests.

Use the filters across the top to refine your search to see a particular status:
Use the the up/down arrow of the far right of the Select Action box to narrow the search to a specific action, such as Remove Data Owner.
